Describe the work. Approve the record.
One AI workspace for privacy, data protection, AI governance and risk. Tell AI Command what needs doing and it prepares editable DPIAs, records and responses in the right module, ready for you to review and approve.
Ask. Understand. Move work forward.
Say what you need. Get a record you can actually use.
AI Command isn't a chatbot bolted onto forms. It opens the real module, drafts into the real fields using what your organisation has already recorded, and tells you what it still needs. Then it waits for you.
AI Command
Ready
An animated illustration of the product with fictional data. When it finishes, the fields are editable.
Starts from your context
AI Command draws on the records, organisation structure and policies you're authorised to see, and shows which sources it used, with versions.
Works inside the real module
Drafts land in the module's own fields, validation and history. No parallel copy, no paste-across. Multiple drafts can stay open in one conversation.
Honest about what it doesn't know
Missing facts become targeted questions. Partial document coverage is stated. A missing search result is never treated as proof that something doesn't exist.
Four steps. One of them is always yours.
-
01
Describe
Explain the task in plain language, or attach the contract, policy or spreadsheet you're working from. No need to know which form to open.
PDF, Word, Excel, CSV and text files are supported. -
02
AI assists
AI Command finds the right module, gathers the evidence you can access and drafts the record: facts, reasoning, lawful basis, risks and suggested actions.
Recommendations explain why they fit, and what's uncertain. -
03
Review and edit
Read the draft side by side with the conversation. Change anything directly, or ask for a correction. Your manual edits are kept.
Provisional items stay clearly marked until you confirm them. -
04
Save
One clear Approve & Save writes the draft to the module, with its history. Nothing is saved until you say so.
A saved draft is not a sign-off, risk acceptance or regulator submission.
Ten specialist modules. One shared understanding.
Each module is a complete professional workspace in its own right. Connected through AI Command, they share context: a DPIA can draw on the ROPA, a complaint can link to an incident, a notice review can check what your records say.
Data Protection Impact Assessments
Assess privacy impacts and support documented human review before projects go ahead.
- Project screening
- Guided assessment workspace
- Lawful basis and legitimate interests
- Risk assessment
- Mitigation actions
- Human review, approval and reports
Opens the assessment and drafts factual and narrative fields, a lawful basis recommendation with its reasoning, and provisional risks and controls. Processing role is left for you to confirm.
“Start a DPIA for the new recruitment platform.”
Records of Processing Activities
Maintain a clear Article 30 register of how your organisation uses personal data.
- Processing inventory
- Lawful basis and data categories
- Recipients and international transfers
- Vendor relationships
- Record review and history
- Privacy notice generation
Prepares processing records in the native register from your description and the records it can access, keeping the register's own review and version checks.
“Add a processing record for our new payroll provider.”
Data Rights
Manage access, deletion, objection and other rights requests through to response.
- Rights-aware intake
- Recorded statutory deadlines
- Assignment and review
- Document collection and review
- Templates and communications
- Reporting
Prepares request records and drafts in the native workflow. Disclosure decisions and anything sent outside your organisation stay with your team.
“Log an access request received by email this morning.”
Incident & Breach Management
Coordinate privacy incidents from initial triage through decisions and remediation.
- Incident intake and triage
- Investigation workspace
- Confirmed regulatory clocks
- DPO decisions
- Notification records
- Remediation actions
Drafts the intake, investigation observations, an advisory Article 33/34 assessment and internal ICO notification wording. Awareness, reportability and notification remain your decisions.
“A spreadsheet of customer records was emailed to the wrong supplier.”
Complaints
Investigate privacy concerns, document decisions and coordinate resolution.
- Complaint intake
- Investigation and evidence
- Response review and decisions
- Resolution communications
- Linked incident records
- Remediation actions
Supports reviewed intake, summaries and assignment, and drafts acknowledgements and responses in the native editors. Findings, sign-off and sending stay with people.
“Draft an acknowledgement for complaint CMP-031.”
Third-Party Risk
Assess suppliers and maintain privacy assurance across their engagements.
- Supplier questionnaires
- Contract and DPA review
- Privacy notice analysis
- DPIA screening
- Risk assessment
- Reassessment
Prepares supplier and engagement records in the native forms and works through contract and DPA review alongside the documents you attach.
“Review this DPA from our new analytics vendor.”
Accountability
Understand programme maturity and maintain evidence against the ICO Accountability Framework.
- ICO Accountability Framework
- Interactive assessment
- RAG visualisation
- Evidence and actions
- Assessment history
- Human sign-off
Opens your current assessment cycle at the right section and question, and drafts answers for you to approve. Status, confidence and sign-off remain human controls.
“Help me answer the training and awareness section.”
Risks & Controls
Understand privacy risks and verify how controls support their treatment.
- Risk register
- Risk heatmap
- Control framework
- Control testing
- Evidence assurance
- Remediation actions
Drafts risks, controls and tests on existing controls. Risk acceptance, implementation and effectiveness assurance remain governed actions for named people.
“Draft a control test for our access review control.”
Regulatory Intelligence
Follow privacy developments and decide what they mean for your organisation.
- Privacy news and enforcement
- Consultations
- Events and networks
- Impact reviews
- Regulator cases
- Organisation analysis
Researches current public sources without sending private organisation or case details, and prepares developments and impact reviews. Applicability and legal effect stay with your experts.
“What does this new ICO guidance mean for our marketing?”
Privacy Notices
Draft clear notices and keep them consistent with what your records say you do.
- Notice drafting and refinement
- Article 13 and 14 review
- Impact review against ROPA and DPIAs
- Reasoned wording suggestions
- Revision history
- Human save and finalise
Creates and refines drafts, and runs read-only reviews against Articles 13 and 14 and your company, DPIA and ROPA records. Nothing is published automatically.
“Does our customer notice cover the new CRM processing?”
Plus a governed Document Library: AI Command retrieves grounded passages from your own policies, with source and version.
Use AI where it helps. Work directly where you prefer.
Every module is a complete professional tool on its own. Start a DPIA by conversation, finish it by hand, or never open AI Command at all. It's the same record either way.
Work directly in the module
For specialists who know exactly what they want to record.
- Guided assessments and registers built around UK GDPR practice
- Full control over every field, score and decision
- Ask AI Command from inside the module when you want a second pair of hands
Work through AI Command
For getting from a blank page to a solid draft, fast.
- Describe the objective; AI Command picks the workflow
- Conversation and live record side by side
- Edit anything; nothing saves until you approve
Built by privacy practitioners, for the people who carry the programme.
Data Protection Officers
Spend less time on administration and more on the risks and decisions that need your judgement.
Privacy teams
Keep DPIAs, records, requests and incidents in one connected place, with clear ownership and deadlines.
Compliance and risk leaders
See privacy risks, controls and accountability evidence as recorded, without invented scores.
SMEs and scale-ups
Get practical privacy expertise built into the workflow, without needing a large specialist team.
Enterprises and groups
Work across legal entities and business functions, with role-based access and record-level permissions.
AI that prepares. People who decide.
Privacy software has to practise what it supports. These are design rules in the product, not marketing promises.
Human approval for every save
AI prepares proposed changes. Only a person can approve and save them. The model has no save or sign-off tool of its own.
Drafts are not decisions
Saving a draft never records a DPO opinion, risk acceptance, reportability decision or regulatory submission.
Permissions enforced on the server
Organisation isolation, roles and record-level grants are checked server-side on every read and write, including the AI's.
Evidence you can trace
Answers reference the records and policy passages they used. A policy saying a control exists is never treated as proof that it does.
Honest about limits
If only part of a long document was read, the answer says so. Unknowns stay unknown rather than becoming zeros.
Documents are data, not instructions
Text inside uploaded files can't direct the AI, and public research excludes your private organisation and case details.
Context GRC is in beta. We don't display certifications we haven't earned, and we'd rather walk you through how the platform works than ask you to take it on trust. Read about our security approach.

Bring a real scenario, such as a new supplier, a project that needs a DPIA or a tricky rights request, and we'll show you how AI Command handles it. Or join the beta and help shape what comes next.
